Troubleshooting Recommended
If the problem occurs intermittently, there may be a motherboard or operating system issue. If this occurs, the system is not properly shut down, and the computer needs to be shut down.
1. Once the computer is shut down, proceed to the reset buttons on the motherboard, and repeat the above steps 3.1 through 3.4.
2. After successful troubleshooting, go to the "Setup Utility" option in the BIOS menu, and follow the instructions to run a thorough hardware and BIOS check. The BIOS check usually takes 20 minutes or longer.
